A light surface bloom develops with wear. That is real cashmere doing what cashmere does. The natural fibres soften and lift slightly as the knit settles to your foot shape. It does not affect comfort, warmth or performance. If you prefer the original finish, a cashmere comb (available at most homewares stores for around $10) refreshes the surface in seconds. Yes. Return them unused in original packaging within 60 days. We process a refund so you can reorder the correct size. Unsure about sizing before ordering? Email us first and we will help you choose.

Returns are accepted for unused items in original packaging only. If you have worn them and there is a fault or quality issue, email care@thecomfiq.com and we will sort it. Manufacturing faults are covered under Australian Consumer Law with no time limit.
