During peak times (sales events, launches, holiday periods), processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Within Australia

Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days after dispatch.

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $99 AUD.

Orders under $100 AUD will have shipping calculated at checkout.
International Shipping

Delivery times vary depending on destination and will be displayed at checkout. As a guide:

NZ & Asia-Pacific: 5–10 business days after dispatch

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.
Pre-Orders
If an item is purchased as a pre-order, your order will ship once stock arrives. Estimated dispatch dates are listed on the product page. Please note these dates are approximate and subject to change.
Shipping Protection
At checkout, you may select optional shipping protection. This guarantees replacement if your order is confirmed lost or stolen by the courier. If you decline shipping protection, Comfiq cannot guarantee replacement for lost or stolen orders.
