60-Day Comfort Guarantee
Every order is backed by our 60-Day Comfort Guarantee. If something is not right, we will make it right.
Eligibility for Returns
- Return must be initiated within 60 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with packaging
- Items marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable are not eligible unless faulty
- We cannot accept visibly worn or soiled items for hygiene reasons
We may ask for a photo before approving a return.
Returns
Change-of-mind returns are at your own expense. You are responsible for arranging and paying your return postage. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.
Exchanges
Your first exchange includes one prepaid standard return shipping label at no cost. After that, any further returns or exchanges are at your own expense. Exchange orders ship back to you free of charge.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item has a manufacturing fault or we sent the wrong item, contact us with photos and your order number. We cover return shipping in full for all faulty or incorrect orders, regardless of the return window.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
