We want you to love your Comfiqs. If something is not right, we will make it right. Email us and we will take care of everything.

60 Day return window From the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with packaging.
Returns (refund) Return postage is at your own expense. Use a tracked service. We cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit.
Exchanges Return postage is at your own expense. Replacements ship back to you free.
Refund timeline Once received and inspected, refunds appear within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Three steps to sort it.

Email us with your order details

Send an email to care@thecomfiq.com with your order number, the item you are returning and whether you want a refund or an exchange.

We confirm your return

We will reply within 1 business day with confirmation and instructions. You arrange and pay return postage. Replacements ship back to you free.

Refund or exchange processed

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement. Refunds appear within 3–5 business days. Replacement orders ship the next business day.

What to include in your email

  • Your order number (starts with #)
  • Your full name and the email used to place the order
  • Which item(s) you are returning and the reason
  • Whether you want a refund or an exchange (and if an exchange, which size or colour)
  • For damaged or faulty items, clear photos of the item and packaging
Eligibility reminder: items must be returned within 60 days of delivery, unworn and unwashed, in their original condition with packaging. Final-sale items and visibly worn pairs are not eligible. If you are unsure whether your return qualifies, email us and we will let you know.

Gift returns are easy too.

If you received a Comfiq as a gift and need to return or exchange it, email us at the address above. We can refund to the original purchaser or issue store credit to you — just let us know which you would prefer.

Faulty item? If your item has a manufacturing fault, please email us with clear photos and your order number. Faulty items are covered regardless of the return window and we will always make it right.
