You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is scanned by the carrier.
Delivery issues
My parcel says "Delivered" but I cannot find it
- Check alternate doors, your mailbox, neighbours, the building manager, or any nominated safe-drop spots.
- Wait 24 hours — carrier scans can occasionally run ahead of the actual delivery.
- Still missing? Contact the carrier with your tracking ID, then reach out to us and we will help escalate.
My order arrived damaged
Take clear photos of both the outer packaging and the item itself, and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. The faster you reach us, the faster we can sort it.
Wrong address or failed delivery
If the address was entered incorrectly and the parcel is returned to us, we will resend it to the corrected address once we receive it back. A re-ship fee may apply depending on the circumstances.

Returns (refund)
- Return postage is at your own expense.
- We recommend using a tracked service — we cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit.
- Once received and inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Exchanges
- Your first exchange includes one prepaid standard return shipping label at no cost.
- Standard shipping only — express is not included.
- Any further returns or exchanges after that are at your own expense.
- Your replacement order ships back to you free of charge.
- Subject to stock availability. If your size or colour has sold out, a full refund will be issued instead.

Faulty items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact our support team with clear photos and your order number. We will prioritise your case and make it right.
Returning a gift
No problem. We can refund to the original purchaser or issue store credit to you — just let us know which you would prefer and we will handle it.

Can I change my order after placing it?
We will always try. Contact our support team immediately with the correct details. If fulfilment has already started we may not be able to make changes, but reach out and we will do our best.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand. For other regions, keep an eye on our announcements — we are working on expanding.
When will my refund appear?
Once we have processed your return, your bank will typically post the refund within 3–5 business days. Some card issuers can take a little longer depending on their processing cycles.
What if my size is unavailable for an exchange?
If the size or colour you want is out of stock by the time we process your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method instead.
